Brush with salt! It may not make your teeth look better, but it will probably save them. Then get some good nutrition. Real food, not junk, not processed. You know, like vegetables, brown rice, oranges, etc.
I can give you some free advice. I used salt to save my teeth. Salt kills the bacteria that causes gum disease and salt also takes the plaque and tartar off your teeth. For your leg, get a book on Shiatsu, or soft tissue massage (self applied accupressure). Try a library if you have no money to buy one. I never took any pain pills because they didn't help anyway and that would have destroyed my liver and given me a real problem.
